Project Description
Replacement of a narrow concrete slab bridge with a precast reinforced concrete box culvert. Project includes minor roadway approach work with pavement and shoulder widening and guardrail installation.
Project Location and Limits:
Harlem Road about 1/2 mile north of Fancher Road. Estimated project length is about 400 feet.
Road Closure Information:
Road closed to through traffic with traffic maintained to local residences.

Design engineering: 2004-2007
Right-of-way acquisition: November 2007 to January 2008
Utility relocation: February to May 2008
Construction: July to September 2008
